If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Products.

1. Eligibility & Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use our platform.

    Our content is for personal, non-commercial use only. Some digital products require a commercial license, which is available for purchase.

    Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, modification, or use of our content—including screen recording or using our content to train AI models—is strictly prohibited.

     

2. E-Learning Courses (Streaming Access Only)

  • Courses are provided as streaming-only content.

  • No downloading, copying, screen-recording, or account sharing is allowed.

  • Accounts are licensed to a single user. Shared or resold accounts will be terminated without refund.

  • Any piracy or unlawful distribution will be monitored and may result in legal action under copyright and DMCA laws.

3. Digital Download Products (Templates & Assets)

  • Downloadable products (templates, LUTs, SFX, graphics, video, design assets, etc.) are licensed for personal use only.

    You may not redistribute, resell, upload publicly, or package our downloads into other products.

    Commercial Use: To use our assets in client projects, resale, or commercial applications, you must obtain a commercial license from Crexly. Contact us for licensing inquiries.

    Content & AI Disclaimer:
    All content on Crexly.com, including downloadable assets, tutorials, videos, sound effects, visuals, and advertising materials, may be generated or assisted by AI. Crexly’s content is intended for creative use, and as with all creative works, there is a possibility of unintentional similarity or overlap with third-party trademarks, copyrighted material, or intellectual property. Use of our content is at your own risk.

    By using Crexly’s products and services, you agree that all disputes or claims related to content, copyright, or intellectual property are governed by the laws of the United States.

     

4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All payments made to Crexly.com are final and non-refundable.

    Due to the digital nature of our courses and products, once access is granted via the portal, email, or files are delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

    Course Access: One-time payment courses include one (1) year of guaranteed access from the date of purchase. We do not guarantee indefinite or lifetime access. Each purchase is valid for one user only; sharing accounts or downloading assets for others is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

    Payments are processed securely through licensed third-party providers such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Crexly does not store or have access to your payment information. We operate ethically to protect your privacy and data.

    Chargebacks & Fraud: Any attempted chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim made in bad faith after access or delivery constitutes a violation of these Terms. Crexly reserves the right to contest such disputes, suspend access, terminate accounts, and pursue legal remedies where permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

    We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, hacking, or compatibility issues.

    While we take precautions, you acknowledge that using online platforms carries inherent risks. Crexly is not responsible for impersonators or scams. We never ask for personal payments, financial information, or sensitive data directly. Always ensure and verify that communications are from official Crexly channels or social media accounts.

     

6. Termination & Enforcement

  • Violations of these Terms (piracy, sharing, commercial misuse, or fraud) may result in immediate termination without refund.

  • We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or permanently block accounts at our discretion to protect our content and community.

7. Disclaimers & No Guarantees

  • Crexly provides digital courses, creative resources, and downloadable assets to help users learn and create. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, earnings, or creative output, as success depends on your individual effort, skills, and circumstances.

    All assets, videos, visuals, and materials are provided “as-is.” Crexly is not responsible for content that may differ from advertising, course descriptions, or user expectations, nor for delays in updates or new content releases.

    Third-party software (e.g., Adobe products) is not included, and course/asset compatibility may vary depending on software updates or system requirements.

    All products are provided without warranties or guarantees, and all sales are final. By purchasing or using Crexly products, you acknowledge that refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, creative outcomes, or any other reason.

8. Intellectual Property & DMCA Notice

  • All content, downloads, and materials on Crexly.com are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized copying, sharing, or redistribution is a violation of our rights.

  • The Crexly logo and all programs and product lines are the property of Crexly’s managing company and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without our express permission, for commercial or personal purposes.

  • We actively enforce our rights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will issue takedowns, account terminations, and legal claims against violators.

  • Our digital assets and creative courses are designed to work seamlessly with industry-standard creative software and hardware. Company logos shown are for education purpose & reference only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Crexly.com means you accept any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Crexly, as the brand & the operating company, reserves the right to determine the appropriate jurisdiction for any disputes, subject to applicable law and consultation with legal advisors.
