How do I access my masterclass?
After your purchase, you’ll receive a login code via email. To access your masterclass, go to the menu bar and click “Login” or tap the account icon, then enter your code to start learning.
I can’t login to my account. What should I do?
- Make sure you’re checking the same email you used at checkout.
- If you purchased via Express Checkout without entering an email—using Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay—the login code will be sent to the email associated with that payment account.
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Gmail users: open the right-hand menu and click All Mail to locate the welcome email with your login code. Gmail usually works, but the Promotions or Updates tabs can hide it.
- Common mistake: a typo/misspell in your email during checkout. Double-check your checkout email.
If you accidentally entered the wrong email, click the “Email Us” button below so we can help fix it. - Custom domain / non-standard email: If you purchased using a custom domain or non-standard email account (e.g., Gmail, Outlook), your email hosting provider might block our emails. Some company firewalls or school networks also block automated emails, including login codes. In this case, email us using the “Email Us” button below or reach out via Instagram so we can help.
I can’t download the exercise/assets files. What should I do?
- Check your internet connection—large files may fail to download on unstable connections.
- Check your download destination—the file may have downloaded to a folder you can’t see.
- Browser issues: Sometimes certain browsers block downloads. Update your browser or try Chrome, Firefox, or Safari if one isn’t working.
- Pop-up or security blockers: Make sure your browser isn’t blocking downloads or pop-ups.
- Common mistake: accidentally trying to download while logged into a different account/email than the one used at checkout. Double-check you’re logged into the correct account.
- Custom domain / corporate firewall: Some email hosts or networks may block download links. Try downloading from a personal network, different Wi-Fi, or device if possible.
If all else fails, email us using the “Email Us” button below or reach out via Instagram and we’ll help troubleshoot.
I can’t open the exercise/assets files after unzipping. What should I do?
- Third-party unzipping software can sometimes corrupt files—not the files themselves.
- Use trusted unzip software, especially on Mac.
- If it still doesn’t work, try a different unzip tool/app.
Note: We use zip files for your convenience—to make downloads faster and safer.
When I download my exercise/assets files, why are they empty? What should I do?
This may happen for some Windows users depending on your computer setup—it’s not the files themselves. Download WinRAR or a trusted unzip program, then extract the files again.

Can I download the lessons?
No. All masterclasses are streaming-only. However, we provide downloadable exercise files so you can practice hands-on for a better learning experience. Both the masterclass and exercise files are for personal use only.
Can I share my course access with colleagues or friends?
No. Each license is for personal use only. Accounts showing suspicious sharing, payment fraud, or other security issues may be flagged or suspended by our security system and trusted payment & security partners.
If you’re a business or institution, please purchase a license or account for each employee or student for training purposes.

Does the masterclass work on both Mac and Windows?
Yes. Adobe Creative Cloud works on both Mac and Windows for Illustrator and Photoshop.
Are the shortcuts the same on Mac and Windows?
There are slight differences, but we provide both sets of shortcuts and cover them in the masterclass.
Is the masterclass updated when Adobe updates its software?
Yes. The masterclass is designed to be timeless. We do update when needed, but sometimes Adobe’s sudden updates create a small lag on our side. That said, Adobe updates are usually minor (like new buttons or interface changes) and don’t affect the workflows taught in our lessons.
I’m a design student, do you offer student discounts?
Currently, we don’t offer student discounts. Pricing is standardized to keep it fair for everyone. However, we do support design students and non-profits (such as church ministries). Reach out to us if you’d like to discuss bulk options for your organization.
Do you provide 1-on-1 coaching?
No, at the moment we don’t. The masterclass is designed for fast learning and efficiency. If you have any questions, feel free to email us and we’ll stay in touch.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We support all major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you offer installment plans?
Yes! Choose Shop Pay at checkout to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments, automatically charged every 2 weeks.

Is your payment process safe?
Absolutely. Payments are processed through Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stripe. We do not store your bank details — everything is handled securely by trusted third-party providers.
What currency do you use?
Our ads and content are shown in USD by default.
During checkout, the site will automatically convert prices based on your location for easier shopping.
You can also select your preferred currency anytime using the currency menu on our site.
Why did my payment fail?
Payments can fail due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or limitations set by your bank or payment provider. Double-check your payment details or try a different card or payment method.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you run into any login or access issues, just email us, we’ll be happy to help.
